Osama Natto, based in Dubai, is an Executive Mentor who advises influential individuals seeking personal and professional fulfillment. He offers personalized advising, group programs, and self-paced tools to support his clients at every stage of their journey.

With a strong track record, Osama was rebranding to attract Dubai's highest profile clients. After refining his brand positioning, he came to me to elevate his website to match his reputation, saying, “I went from Holiday Inn to Marriott. Now I’m ready to be Ritz Carlton.”

Using Clear Outcome-Based Services
Prioritizing reader comprehension and confidence, I recommended we present his services using clear, straightforward language: Individual Advising, Group Programs, and Self-Paced Tools. While each service has a unique, on-brand name, branded names alone can lack the context needed for potential clients to determine their fit. After providing clarity, we introduce the branded names later on.Designing for Connection & Trust
There are two types of decision-makers: emotional and logical. I designed Osama's website to establish connection and trust with both: Clean lines, luxurious fonts, and opulent photography create an emotional connection to his clients' desires, while real success metrics provide concrete evidence of his expertise.
Thoughtfully Placing Testimonials
One of my best "why didn't I think of that?!" website tips came from my copywriting friend Kira, who suggested placing testimonials directly after the sections they relate to. This simple detail enhances credibility and reinforces the message by using real-life endorsements—and is now a personal staple.
