The Challenge
After years of teaching group fitness in person, Kate dreamt of expanding her impact through a virtual strength training membership. But after hours upon hours trying to figure it out on her own, she began to worry the vision might never come to life. That's where I came in.

100+ Founding Members in the First Week
With an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 members this year, welcoming 100+ members in the first seven days gave Kate immediate proof and confidence that Rep for Rep was something people truly wanted, and a strong foundation to continue building from.

Custom Tailored for Success
By taking the time to understand your unique brand, vision, and goals I’m able to effortlessly step into your shoes and create a website that not only looks & feels like YOU but is also designed to achieve your version of success.
Defining the Brand From the Ground Up
When we began, Rep for Rep didn't have a defined brand identity, or even a name. So before we could dive into execution, we first outlined the vision, messaging, visual direction, and even the program name😉—resulting in a brand identity that feels welcoming, motivating, hard-working, and elite yet attainable.Switching Platforms for Long-Term Growth
We initially planned to set up a quick-and-dirty website and membership on Shopify, then rebuild it "properly" down the road. However, I quickly realized this was creating unnecessary future work and a subpar outcome. So we pivoted. We moved the membership portion to Arketa - a platform specifically built for online fitness memberships. The result? A better experience for Kate's members, simpler membership management for Kate, and a platform that not only meets her needs today, but sets her up for so much more than originally imagined.
Prioritizing What Matters Most
While Kate has exciting plans to expand the website with pages for nutrition and her in-person fitness studio, I recommended we hold off... for now. During the initial launch, I wanted every element of the website focused on a single goal: promoting Rep for Rep. By resisting the urge to launch everything at once, we would reduce distractions, strengthen the messaging, and increase the likelihood that visitors become paying members.
